Are war criminals who are probably proffiting off of her client list in referral fees and government funds? When a client asks her about it, she violates them and gets rid of them. She has been doing it for awhile and thinks it's a game at this point. And oh yeah, in the federal system, a person with a diagnosis can get a much longer sentence than ordinarily mandated for their violation.
