How can I dress like Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) in Gossip Girl without paying the outragious prices?

I really like her style in the show and I also wear a uniform to school and I was wondering if any of you had any ideas on how to dress like her without paying hundreds of dollers. Any comments?
