What can I do with my hair so that it doesn't continuously fall out during gymnastics cl?

i have the same problem! i have think long hair that fall out of the ponytail holder! normally i use 2 ponytail holders and then a scruncii (one that matches your leo) keeps it in. the only thing you need to do is possibly just adjust it but it never comes out for me anymore. for your bangs i dont have any but a lot of my gymnastics friends crisscross bobby pins to keep them up and that always works. hope these work for you!
