Clocks going forward ( Topical again !!)?

The question of keeping BST (British summertime) has raised its head once more and some Scottish parliamentarian has had a go at David Cameron about the suggestion. He mentions Dundee residents suffering for holiday makers in Torquay. Surely the 55 million people in England and Wales are being made to suffer for the 6 million in Scotland ? IF the Scottish children are at a disadvantage by potentially going to school in the dark then why not let them start at 10 am for a few weeks instead of 9.00 am ??
