Can we airsoft at this place w/o trouble?

So my friends and I airsoft at this forest-type lot behind a park, that's secluded from the public. It's not possible to build houses there, because the terrain is to hilly. But there is a very old and rusty "private property" sign on front of it. Will anything happen to us if we get caught airsofting there?
