Why does my Male Betta fish Keep Destroying its Bubble Nests?

Frst of all if you are trying to breed them you have to shut the filter and any bubblers off. They will brake up the bubbles. Next he may be one that won't build a nest until the female is in with him. I have one like that. He refuses to build until the female is in the tank. Now for the person who said put the male in the females tank. That's a BIG WRONG! The female always goes into the males tank were usually he has his nest already built. Then are they both mature. And sometimes if the eggs are not fertile the male will eat them. As soon as they have mated take the female out because she will eat the eggs. The male is the one that cares for the eggs and the newly hatched fry. Once the fry become free swimming take the male out right away. That is when he will eat the free swimming fry.
