My flatuence has a most disagreeable odor: is there something I can do to make my gas less offensive smelling?

I've tried changing my diet, spraying my and underwears with deordorant. I know I can't get my farts to smell like a proverbial rose, but something that won't clear the room (but still get some laughs).
