Foodstamp revamp past due?

Under the current system people with foodstamps can buy just about anything except alcohol and smokes. Shouldnt foodstamps be used for just that? FOOD? Not cookies , soda and any other junkfood! This leads to health problems and we will get taxed even more for these drains on society.Now that food prices are rising they will cry for even more money. If they stop buying junkfood they can eat like everyone else. Also since shouldnt their budgets be adjusted according to school months and non school. We pay for their kids to eat two meals a day in school. So shouldnt they get less money during school then more during vacation?
